(Dalbergia Cearensis) Also known as Brazilian Kingswood, this tropical hardwood is used particularly in in cabinet making but is also an excellent wood turning wood. Due to the hardness of the wood, sawing is difficult so buy your bowl turning blanks ready cut. An easy wood to turn on the lathe, the streaked appearance over a brown background makes for attractive looking woodturning projects.
