Olivewood
(Olea Europaea) A Spanish tree gorwing to around 15 metres high with many holes and cavaties. Light brown to dark brown heartwood is often streaked with grey, black and brown. A very easy wood to turn but corrosive shavings mean you must clean down the lathe after woodturning.
